PRIVACY POLICY


The present Cookies Policy shall determine the rules for the storage and access to information on User's devices using Cookie files, used for the execution of services by electronic means, requested by the User, by EuroStyl s.c. with a registered seat in: 42-200 Częstochowa, ul. Warszawska 320, tax identification number NIP: 949-19-09-261.


§ 1 Definitions

Administrator - EuroStyl s.c. ul. Warszawska 320, 42-200 Częstochowa, on the basis of the entry into the register of economic activity run by the President of the City of Częstochowa under number 75896 and Mayor of Blachowna under no. 3389, REGON 152177692, NIP 949-19-09-261, providing services by electronic means and stores and accesses information on User's devices.
2.
Cookies - shall mean IT data, in particular small text files saved and stored on the devices which the User uses for viewing the Shop's website.

Administrator's Cookies - shall mean Cookies placed by the Administrator, relating to the provision of services by electronic means by the Administrator using the Service.
4.
External Cookies - shall mean the Cookies placed by Administrator's partners using the internet website of the Service.

Service - shall mean the internet website under which the Administrator runs an internet service, operating under a domain (insert domain name here).
6.
Device - shall mean an electronic device through which the User gains access to the internet websites of the Service.

User - shall mean the entity to which in accordance with the Regulations and the provisions of law services may be provided by electronic means or which whom a contract may be concluded regarding the provision of services by electronic means.

§ 2 Types of Cookies used

Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the Device and for the User. In particular, it is not possible that any viruses or other unwanted software or malware is transferred to the Device using Cookies. These files allow for the identification of the software used by the User and adjustment of the Service individually to each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain, which they come from, duration of their storage on the Device and a value.

Administrator uses one type of cookie files:

Administrator of the service uses external cookies to popularize the site using social networking sites Facebook.com (administrator of external cookies: Facebook Inc with the seat in the USA or Facebook Ireland with the seat in Ireland).

§ 4 Possibility to specify the conditions of cookies storing or gaining access by cookies

The user may at any time personally change the cookies policy specifying the conditions for their storage and the rules for cookies' access to the User's Device. Changes in configuration referred to in the previous sentence may be done by the User through the properties of the browser or by configuring the service. These settings may be changed in particular in such a way so as to block automatic cookies servicing in the settings of the browser or inform of each placement of Cookies at the User's Device. § 5 Personal data - Personal data protection

Personal Data Processing

Customer's consent to personal data processing by Eurostyl s.c. within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (cons. text. of 2002, Journal of Laws No. 101 item 926 as amended) is voluntary, but the absence of such consent shall make it impossible to fulfil the contract and execute the order. Also for the purposes of informing about the new promotions, services and products by tessita.com, if the Customer shall consent thereto. Personal data is not disclosed to any other entities for marketing purposes.

2.
Personal data processing for marketing purposes

The Customer may consent processing of their personal data for marketing purposes within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (cons. text. of 2002, Journal of Laws No. 101 item 926 as amended) and provision thereof to a third party for the purposes of distribution of marketing materials and information on promotions and to the administrator of the shop - LPP S.A.

3. Personal Data Administrator

Personal Data is administered by EuroStyl s.c. with registered seat in Częstochowa, at: Warszawska 320, 42-200 Częstochowa. Pursuant to the provisions of the act on personal data protection, provision of personal data is voluntary and the Customer has the right to view, correct or delete their personal data at any time.
